Clean room and laboratory

At present, the Fraunhofer CNT uses 800 m² clean room area (class 1000) and 130 m² laboratory space an infrastructure which meets industry standard. In addition to 40 clean room tools scientists at Fraunhofer CNT use considerable analytical and metrological processes for R&D as well as for the characterisation of nanoelectronic devices.
